Dietitian will conduct patient consultations in accordance with
applicable regulations and facility protocols, coordinate care with
the multidisciplinary care team, ensure nutrition orders are
properly implemented, and conduct audits to ensure regulatory
compliance of the foodservice and clinical nutrition program. Day
to day tasks include but are not limited to: Complete MDS/Section K
following regulatory and facility schedule Provide nutrition
assessments on admission, per regulation, and in consultation as
needed Coordinate resident care with the interdisciplinary care
team, attend Care Plan meetings Maintain high risk screening,
intervention, and monitoring program Coordinate with the
Foodservice Director on specialty diets, texture modifications, and
regulatory compliance Complete pre-survey audits, develop and

Dietetic Practice Group Requirements Qualifications To perform this
job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each key
area of responsibility. The requirements listed below are
representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.
1-2 years of professional dietetics experience, new RDs encouraged
to apply Must have a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related
field. Strong working knowledge of Medical Nutrition Therapy and
evidenced based treatment practices Registered Dietitian with the
Commission on Dietetic Registration and be licensed in the state(s)
of service or able to license in the state of service Employment
candidates for this position must have authorization to work in the
United States, pass a background check, and meet any other
checks/qualifications required by client/facility, or other
statutory requirements. Employment Type: Full Time
