Family/Adult Medicine Opportunity

Conway, SC (2 hours from Charleston, 3 hours from Charlotte, Conway is 30 minutes from ocean) easy commute, I live at the coast)
8:00-5:00PM (M-F) out patient only
EMR- eCW
Productivity expectations: 15-18 patients on average per day
Quarterly Incentive based on production and quality measures
Up to 5 additional FM providers (MDs, FNPs) in Conway office
Services: Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, OG/GYN. Behavioral Health, Dental, In-house Pharmacy ,Laboratory, Award winning Diabetes Prevention Program
