ChristianaCare seeks a Registered Nurse for our Medical/Surgical Unit, in Wilmington Hospital on the 4-West unit. The Registered Nurses on the Medical/Surgical Unit in Wilmington care for a variety of surgical patients, including orthopedic, plastics and more. This is 49 bed unit with an acuity level of moderate. This provides an excellent learning opportunity with exposure to a wide variety of medical and surgical patients!

  • BSN required; or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire.
  • One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting is required.
  • Licensed or license eligibility in the state of Delaware.
  • BLS Certification required.
    Hours:
    This position is 72 hours per pay, Full Time Flex. These Overnight shifts are 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. with some weekend requirements.
    Bonus Details: The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months.
