Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed. (Y/N) Previous staff must be gone for 12 months to return as a traveler to any Novant facility. Please note in the submission packet if your candidate is a previous Novant or New Hanover staff member and the date they left. Rehire approval is needed.We cannot proceed with submission until rehire approval provided. Local Rule - Is your candidate local? Perm address within 50 miles of the facility will be accepted at a different rate and considered local. Please ask AC/AM to advise on the local rate as it varies based on specialty and facility location RTO - 7 days MAX Please confirm your travelers RTO. RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. If no RTO, please write none If your traveler has 7 days or less of RTO, including no holidays, we can pre-approve their RTO which leads to a faster offer process. If your traveler has 8 or more days of RTO, including a holiday we will need to seek manager approval before we can offer. 7 days MAX is allowed so please work with your traveler to reduce their RTO request. Travelers must be able to work 2 of 3 major holidays. No RTO allowed the first week of assignment (they will be orienting).
