PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Neuro Surgical Procedures and Neuro diagnosesUNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Pyxis, SBAR, EPICSCHEDULING TYPE: Manager schedules UNIT ORIENTATION:2 orientation shifts on the unit after hospital based orientation SCRUBS: Navy*** INTERNAL NOTES *** *MUST Pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty. *neuro experience preferred.
