Job Description:Angel Oak Nursing is looking for caring, compassionate, and hardworking RN / Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility. We are seeking someone who can provide both leadership and teamwork qualities to ensure care quality and to provide the best environment we can for both staff and residents. The RN Unit Manager is responsible for not only providing direction for the floor nurses and aides but to also be hands on and a helpful member of our team.Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the documentation and maintenance of all residents' charts, in accordance with established policies and procedure.
• Administering medications to residents of the facility.
• Observation of nursing care given in order to maintain the highest work standards for all staff.
• Can and will assume the duties of Charge Nurse on an as needed basis.
  Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Licensed in your specialty (RN) in the State
  • Experience in long-term care, skilled, and/or sub-acute care setting preferred, but not required.
