Job DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES Processes physician orders accurately Performs accurate initial and ongoing nursing assessments Communicates with the medical team on patient status and follows up as ordered Completes documentation as required, accurately and in a timely manner Educates patient on medical tests, procedures, medication and other items as appropriate.
