Clerical Associate II - McLeod Nephrology & Dialysis AccessJob
DescriptionThe Clerical Associate II is responsible for handling
responsibilities in a customer service fashion. This includes all
telephone calls, patients, visitors, employees and other
communication; gives new patients proper registration forms to
complete; enters demographic information into the computer;
schedules appointments and re-appointments; collects co-payments at
time of appointment. This position will also be responsible for
billing and charge entry; will perform a variety of clerical
support functions such as, chart prep for next day appointments,
scanning documents into EMR and maintains record keeping and filing
system; answers telephone and routes calls to appropriate
person.Qualifications/Training:* Six months to one year related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education
and experience* Must have billing and charge entry
experience.Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education* Minimum
of a High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) from an accredited
school requiredWork Schedule:* PRN (As Needed)McLeod Health is the
