*Ratio for Med surg floors is 6:1, acuity based assignments *Must be able to take insulin and heparin drips Typical assignment up to 6 patients *Epic documentation experience required *Floating to similar units and alternate care locations with inpatients holding *Traveler will be assigned to a Inclement Weather Team *Traveler will be assigned to every other weekend and must be able to work holidays *Active RN license required *BLS *Candidate must live 70+ miles from facility - include perm address in profile submission. *Only minimal RTO accepted Management of dysrhythmias required O2 Protocol Management required Non-invasive airway management - required Peripheral line care/management - required Isolation Precautions/PPE required Electronic charting (EPIC) required Comfort with Nurse/Patient Ratios 1: 6 Required Rapid Response Team Activation Required 1 year of experience required in last 5 years ACLS Preferred Interpretation of dysrhythmias preferred Management of drips preferred Central line care/management preferred Blood product Administration- preferred
