Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a degreed PLANT MANAGER with a
leading Snack food company located in Holly Ridge, North
Carolina.This job will have the following responsibilities:Provide
guidance throughout the plant for day to day operationsReview
products working closely with the quality department to ensure
quality and safety of the product is exceeding standardDevelop new
product strategies working with research and development, as well
as management to develop new strategies.Develop and execute the
plants budget for manufacturing.Ensure a safe working environment
for all employeesImprove and develop supplier and customer
relations by working with the purchasing
manager.Requirements/Skills:Bachelors Degree; MBA preferred7-10
years of production/manufacturing experience5+ years of management
experienceSix Sigma Green or Black Belt preferredSQF and HACCP
certification preferredFormal Lean experience (Kaizen, Six
