• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible interventional pain management physician
  
• Open to those anesthesiology or PM&R trained
  
• Must have completed an ACGME accredited fellowship
  
• Reason for need: brand new office
  
• You'd have 2-3 physicians for backup - they will help train you and then you'll be the primary physician at this location
  
• APPs plan to be added as patient volume increases
  
• Work Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
  
• After hours telephone call responsibilities
  
• Procedures are done in-office, as well as, the ASC
  
• Some medical management is required
  
• Patient volume varies, as this will be a brand new location
  
• Work with 3-4 MAs
  
• All standard procedures are required, as well as, kypho, scs, SI stabilization, MILD
  
• EMR: EPIC
