Resources has a career opening for a Digital Communications/LMS
Coordinator to join our Training team. The Training Unit is
responsible for all aspects of training contact for providers,
staff, members, and the community Trillium serves. As a member of
the team, you'll be responsible for producing trainings which
includes developing, creating, recording, and editing content. The
Digital Communications Coordinator/LMS will be responsible for the
total site build out, developing/creating courses, and maintaining
Trillium's Learning Management System. On a typical day, you
might:• Develop and create files using Microsoft Word, Microsoft
PowerPoint, and Publisher, and Adobe. • Develop and deploy
communications for Providers, Staff, Members, and the Community
using Constant Contact, Survey Monkey, and other programs as
appropriate. • Make independent decisions about file creation and
communications as related to the Training Unit.• Utilize equipment
to develop content, record, edit, and finalize trainings and make
independent decisions about content and final product.Employee

Qualifying EmployerQualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree
required. Bachelor's degree in Education, Adult Learning, Business,
or Learning Technology preferred. Master's Degree preferred.
Experience: Two years' experience in working with data
electronically, and MS Office suite required or equivalent of
higher education or higher education/experience. Experience with
video editing, Learning Management Systems (including platform
building and course creation), and experience with recording
preferred. Experience facilitating trainings, including
coordinating online registration and use of presentation technology
preferred. At least 3+ year's previous Learning Management System
Administration experience preferred. At least 3+ years demonstrated
success in utilizing various adult learning systems
preferred.License/Certification: None identifiedMust have a valid
