Account Manager Sign-On Bonus - $2,500 Modern Marketing &
Commerce (MMC) is a sales transformation company working with
Building Products, Healthcare, Commercial & Industrial,
Direct-to-Consumer, and Animal Science. Many of MMC's clients are
industry leaders, tapping MMC's sales and marketing expertise to
design, plan, and execute growth strategies that transform the
customer experience. We have an exciting opportunity for an Account
Manager with a groundbreaking product! This person will manage the
customer relationship with virtual lead generation and education of
our client's product with prospective customers predominately in
the Healthcare and Education sector. The Role
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to
identify new sales leads. Qualifying high volume of leads, closing
sales, and overcoming objections
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and
understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests
products and services to meet those needs.
- Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services
to customers based on their needs.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and
relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise
- Not afraid to gain commitment / ask and close the sale. Desired
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills,
paying close attention to the details.
- Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-pasted environment is a must.

degree (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
preferred). Minimum 2 years inside sales/ direct sales/ Account
Manager experience. Experience selling into the Education or
Healthcare sector is a plus, (CARE ACT knowledge/exp is a +)
