Job Description:

REEDS Jewelers is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide customers with excellent service and memorable experiences. The Customer Service Manager ensures that our Customer Service team meets customer expectations, provides solutions that demonstrate our values, our full capabilities, and our focus on a superb customer experience. This individual will inspire, celebrate success, and provide transformational leadership and vision to the Customer Service department. As a manager, this position aligns the team toward the attainment of corporate and departmental objectives, utilizing interpersonal and business skills. This position will be responsible for Associate development of the Customer Service Team and each Associate s success within the organization. Provide leadership and support to the Customer Service team in all aspects of our business. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to all Associates to improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth. Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution. Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission. Develop service procedures, policies and standards. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions. Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports to better understand the business, make informed and timely decisions, and evaluate and solve problems effectively. Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment. Keep ahead of industry s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement. Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets. Adhere to and manage the approved budget. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
