people. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Health & Safety
Advisor to support the implementation and continuous improvement of
our safety programs. This role is key in promoting a proactive
safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA and ISO 45001
standards, and reducing risks from workplace hazards. Join our
fast-growing team and help drive meaningful, measurable safety
performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage safety
programs in compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, and internal standards
Serve as the site lead for ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001 systems
Conduct and update Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) Identify hazard
controls and recommend process and equipment improvements Inspect
facilities and equipment to ensure compliance and minimize risks
Review new equipment and facility plans for safety compliance Lead
incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are
implemented Handling workman's compensation claims Prepare and
submit required safety reports to internal and external
stakeholders Monitor environmental conditions (air, noise,
temperature, etc.) for compliance Support safety committees and
employee engagement initiatives Deliver safety training to
employees and contractors Conduct audits and contribute to safety
performance improvement Liaise with emergency services and health
professionals as needed Analyze safety data to identify trends and
inform preventative actions Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related
technical field (preferred) Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience,
ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting Experience with
workman's compensation Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, ISO
45001, and hazard mitigation principles Experience with
inspections, training, audits, and root cause analysis Credentials
Safety Engineer license or certification (preferred) CSP, CIH, or
equivalent EHS certifications a plus ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001
internal auditor certification (preferred) Physical Requirements
Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
across large operational areas Ability to climb, bend, and access
elevated or confined spaces for inspections Comfortable wearing
required PPE and working in a variety of environmental conditions
