Title: Dynamics Configuration Engineer
Location: Remote (supporting EST)
Duration: 6 month contract (with extensions or conversions)
Compensation: Starting at $60 per hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in
the US
Job Description:
The CRM Technical consultant will act as a technical SME and system
administrator for the internal CRM system. The individual will be
responsible for development and maintenance of the internal
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and the ideal candidate will
have sound knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows,
configurations, customization development, integration development,
reporting, dashboards, web resources, CRM solution file management,
security model and UI development. Additional areas of
responsibility may include project management, and support service
management.
The candidate must be detail-oriented and have the ability to
manage and prioritize multiple demands. The candidate should have
deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM in all technical and functional
areas and strong BI skills.
Responsibilities
--- Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create
demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan and assist the
team in drafting statements of work to include estimation of
effort/cost
--- Provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365
Marketing capabilities, functions and features to clients and
prospects
--- Conduct hands on configuration and development of the various
components of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing Module
--- Build positive client relationships by developing an
understanding of the client's business processes
--- Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet
deliverable targets, and complete project tasks within budget and
to customer satisfaction
--- Perform requirements gathering, Business Process Analysis
--- Understand customer requirements and advise project team on
highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and
implementation
--- Participate as the technical expert in proposal development and
presentations to prospective clients
--- Deliver presentations to all levels of management
--- Adapt to different end-user learning styles when training,
gathering requirements, etc.
--- Create documentation for clients, including PowerPoint
presentations and Visio workflows regarding functional and
technical requirements, design, training, process engineering,
etc.
--- Assist internal resources with support or pre-sales of
Microsoft CRM and related integrations
Qualifications
--- Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with all
levels of employees including C-level
--- Experience using SAFe agile practices.
--- Experience creating strong business cases supported by
compelling value propositions
--- Experience assisting with definition and functional design of
conversions and interfaces, and functional experience in leading
technical team through Microsoft CRM API usage; integration
development.
--- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Business Intelligence tools,
Power automate and BI tools
--- Minimum 8+ years of MS Dynamics experience
--- Strong understanding of and ability to configure security
groups, roles and teams
--- Comfortable using Visual Studio, ADO/TFS, source control, CRM
SDK
--- Exposure to Dynamics 365 Marketing, Sales and Service
offerings
Desired Skills
Knowledge of the O365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that
integrate with Dynamics CRM solutions including SharePoint and
OneDrive/OneNote
Familiarity with Data Export Service and Azure SQL
SSIS or other ETL technologies
Experience working with consulting services industry or
automation/project service automation solutions
Microsoft Certification
