We are currently looking for a Process Technician for our
Photo/Etch group supporting our Wafer Fabrication facility in
This position will report directly to Process Engineering on COP
A-Shift (Day Shift).
As a process technician, this position supports fab sustaining
activities on A-SHIFT in the Photo and Etch areas of the Wilmington
Candidate must be willing to learn new areas and be challenged.
Candidate needs to work in a team environment with production,
equipment engineering, maintenance technicians, process engineers,
and fellow process technicians.
Responsibilities will include:
* Prioritize and disposition lots on hold and take action as
appropriate to contain all affected material.
* Address down equipment using documented procedures (OCAPs) and
personal experience, and relay information to equipment
technicians, field service, and the other members of the Etch
* Create new or improve existing processes/procedures, including
ECN generation for those changes.
* Partner with 5-day engineers to keep experiments and projects
moving as time allows.
* Participate on and advise continuous improvement project teams on
* High School diploma required. Two-year technical degree or
actively pursuing preferred.
* 5 years experience in Wafer Fab operations with a minimum of 2
years experience in photo and/or etch fab areas.
* Must be able to work independently, and have strong written and
verbal communication skills.
The Wilmington C.O.P. Schedule is a rotating Schedule, Monday thru
Thursday, 4 ten-hour days for 3 weeks. Friday thru Sunday, 3
twelve-hour days for 3 weeks.
The 3 twelve - hour days are paid 40 hours.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices,
Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the
U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
