most innovative ways.NORTHROP GRUMMAN IS SEEKING ASSOCIATE
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS. This position will be located at our Defense
Systems Sector in Rocket Center, WV. The qualified candidate will
become part of Northrop Grumman's Missile Products Business Unit
within the Defense Systems Sector.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Participate on Integrated Product Teams for complex development
programs.
- Work with senior engineers to design and develop circuits in
the areas of power conditioning electronics, analog electronics,
digital electronics, FPGA and/or other general electrical
engineering design functions.
- Generate schematic designs using CAD tools such as Mentor
Graphics.
- Utilize electrical CAD tools for circuit simulations.
- Work with board layout specialists to create printed circuit
board designs.
- Work with manufacturing operations to support the build of
circuit card assemblies.
- Test and debug prototype circuit designs.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability organize/prioritize
job assignments and tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a
development team.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:A candidate must meet ALL of
the below criteria. The candidate must:
- Be completing or has completed their degree Bachelor's from an
accredited institution by June 2022
- Be majoring in or having majored in Electrical Engineering
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (unofficial
academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by
uploading the documents to your application or profile).
- Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S.
citizenship is a pre-requisite)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higherSALARY
