Teacher: School Age Schedule: Depends on the children in your
classroom and their arrival and departure patterns. Job Type:
Full-Time or Part-Time Location: Washington, NC What Youll Do: Lead
a teaching team to plan, implement, and assess student learning and
development. Build meaningful, communication-focused relationships
with children, families, and fellow staff members. Ensure
compliance with NC-DCDEE policies and guidelines (including
sanitation and CACFP regulations). Foster a classroom environment
that promotes literacy, learning, and engagement. Support an
inclusive, child-centered atmosphere where every child can feel
confident and secure to explore and grow. Qualifications Were
Looking For: Preferred Education: Associates degree in Early
Childhood or a related field NC Childcare Credentials Preferred
Experience: At least 1 year of licensed childcare experience
required. Skills: Strong organizational and classroom management
skills Knowledge of child development and behavior Excellent
