Description Flow Cadillac of Wilmington is seeking a Service Assistant. We provide ongoing training and future career opportunities to those willing to contribute the effort and time. We prefer to promote from within our company and will help you reach your potential. We will train anyone new to the industry, including onsite and manufacturer instruction, and other training, as needed. We are looking for the following qualities and characteristics: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional greeting upon arrival Install protective materials in customer vehicles, including seat covers, floor mats, and steering wheel covers Safely transport vehicles between the service lane, parking areas, and customer pick-up zones Prepare vehicles for customer redelivery, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation Operate the dealership’s automated car wash and maintain vehicle cleanliness standards Provide courteous and timely shuttle service for customer drop-offs and pick-ups Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive area Assist in keeping the service shop clean and orderly, including removal of trash and scrap materials Perform various errands and support tasks to assist the service department as needed Flow Automotive Companies is committed to being on the cutting edge of the transportation industry and needs like-minded individuals to join our team.
