Job Description:
Job Description Summary: Supervise and coordinate activity of
workers engaged in construction projects. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: \n Examine and inspect work progress, equipment,
and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that
specifications are met. \n Read specifications, such as blueprints,
to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures. \n
Estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs. \n
Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of construction
or extractive workers. \n Confer with supervisor, managerial or
technical personnel, other departments, or contractors to resolve
problems or to coordinate activities. \n Coordinate work activities
with other construction project activities. \n Order or requisition
materials or supplies. \n Locate, measure, and mark site locations
or placement of structures or equipment, using measuring and
marking equipment. \n Record information such as personnel,
production, or operational data on specified forms or reports. \n
Assign work to employees, based on material or worker requirements
of specific jobs. \n Implement and enforce safety requirements for
the job. Must have completed the OSHA 30 hour construction
standards training course within the last 3 years. \n Required to
drive motor vehicle in performance of duties. \n Ability to walk
long distances in rough or variable terrain. \n Work in extreme hot
or cold environments. \n Must be able to understand and follow
safety considerations herein and as applies to the activity
involved. \n May be required to lift up to 80 pounds and carry
objects of 50 pounds or less routinely. \n Must have knowledge and
ability to use and run a total station. \n \n Supervisory
Responsibilities: Will directly supervise a crew of up to 10
workers. Requirements: Ability to read and interpret blueprints,
documents, instructions, and procedure manuals. Routine report
writing. Effective communication skills. Implement and enforce
safety standards. Education and Experience: High School Diploma
preferred, one year relevant experience. Candidates that accept an

health and fitness standards for the role. The examination includes
a series of tests and evaluations conducted by a certified medical
professional to assess overall physical health, identify any

performing the essential duties of the position. Completion and
