Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 5 weeks Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available! What we are offering: $20.00 - $24.00 / Hour Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year! On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call. $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a 3% matching component. Qualifications : 2 years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!) HVAC Working knowledge and Experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening.
