Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with
a strong background in writing and editing and who has the skills,
ability, and desire to make a difference in our organization. You
will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and recommending
improvements for our organization's and our client---s social media
and email marketing initiatives and for contributing
to/implementing broader marketing initiatives. You will also update
databases and work with the team on marketing deliverables,
fulfilling client and association needs. Specific Responsibilities
Include: Assist with the development of marketing plans, working
closely with our association/client committees. Draft original copy
for marketing emails, websites, blogs, articles, social media
posts, abiding by current copyright/publication standards.
Implement web-based marketing strategies and campaigns for multiple
association sites. Coordinate advertising space in email campaigns,
newsletters, websites, and social channels as requested. Create and
manage the deployment of marketing emails and email newsletters for
YCC and its clients. Manage the development of the email calendars
and content calendars, deploying scheduled posts/content and
curating live content during events and association happenings.
Maintain mailing lists and ensure emails follow industry policies
and best practices. Analyze and report on campaign performance.
Identify trends and strive for continuous improvement. Update
association and client websites using multiple platforms. Serve as
editor/proofreader for in-house and client documents, including
articles, websites, emails, board minutes, social media posts,
contracts, and more. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor---s degree in
marketing, communications, English, or related field preferred.
Related professional experience will also be considered.
Association experience is preferred. Experience with (AMS)
association content management systems such as Higher Logic,
Naylor, Socius, etc. is a plus. Diverse technical skills, including
working knowledge of: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook) G-Suite Video conference systems (Zoom, GoToWebinar)
Social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Email marketing software (Mailchimp, Constant Contact) CRM and
community platforms (HubSpot, Higher Logic) HTML and CSS Basic
design (Canva or similar, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign,
Illustrator, and Photoshop) Excellent marketing copywriting and
creative writing skills. Experience with the creation,
implementation and optimization of PPC ads. The ability to work
independently as well as with the team. Candidate Work Style:
