Qualifications -- should be able to demonstrate you have:* College degree or specialized administrative training/certification preferred* 2+ years of corporate administrative experience or equivalent experience* Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and positive demeanor* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Skills in Microsoft Office applications including, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint. This Administrative Assistant position, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing for Agilent's Chemistries Division, will leverage your administrative and interpersonal skills, to support a high-energy, high-tech marketing team of applications chemists, marketing and product managers. The position is located in Wilmington, Delaware. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing administrative assistance to senior director and marketing team on daily operations:* Coordinating agendas and logistics for meetings, events, and prospective candidate interviews, etc.* Coordinating annual fixed asset count process for the department* Creation and management of PO's, Professional Services Agreements, Supplier Additions* Arranging purchasing and shipping of lab and office supplies* Maintenance of department SharePoint site including department documentation, general report generation and selected process automation* May assist in developing slide presentations and templates, and creating simple charts and tables as needed
