Senior Accountant - Corporate Accounting (GovCon) Position Title Senior Accountant - Finance Accounting Controller (GovCon) Location Havelock, NC (NC02) Reports To Corporate Finance Controller Position Summary ACET Aerospace is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to support corporate accounting operations within a government contracting environment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and company policies, while supporting timely financial reporting and month-end close activities. The Senior Accountant will work closely with Accounts Payable, Payroll, Project Controllers, Program Management, and Corporate Finance to process transactions, maintain general ledger integrity, support billing operations, and ensure strong internal controls. The ideal candidate possesses strong Costpoint experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced aerospace and defense environment.
