Join Barclays as a Vice President-Strategy and Transformation where you will lead the execution of strategic projects, develop USCB Servicing Strategy, and ensure successful delivery of requirements to achieve long-term, tangible impacts for the bank. The Strategy and Transformation team drives organizational strategy, business transformation, and operational enhancements across Barclays US Consumer Bank. We partner with senior leaders to lead large-scale projects, deliver actionable insights, and execute high-impact solutions from ideation to implementation.To be successful as a Vice President-Strategy and Transformation, you should have:

• Strategic thought leadership, complex problem solving, and developing strategic frameworks
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, corporate strategy, or Fintech company with a focus on Operations (Contact Centres, Fraud, Collections, etc.)
• Detailed understanding of Consumer Payments and a proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives, market analysis, and business transformation
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferredSome other highly valued skills include:
  • Credit Card, Consumer Banking, or Payments industry knowledge/experience
  • Experience leading transformation programs in a regulated environment

    • Provision of strategic advice to Group Executives to support decision-making on business challenges and opportunities
    • Development and implementation of strategic advisory incentives to grow and optimize the bank's operations through market research and analysis
    • Collaboration with stakeholder groups to identify appropriate strategic directions to meet client and investor needs
    • Development of financial models to support strategic recommendations and transactions, including financial data analysis and impact assessment
    • Management of transactions, negotiations, transaction structuring, and post-transaction integration
    • Building and maintaining client relationships and developing new opportunities
    • Identifying industry trends, maintaining peer benchmarking, and conducting market researchVice President Expectations
      • Contribute to setting strategy, driving requirements, and recommending changes. Manage resources, budgets, and policies; ensure policy adherence and process improvements.
