  • General accounting duties
  • General ledger reconciliation
  • Accounts payable
  • Reconciling and posting deals
  • Process deals and dealer trades, breaking them down to send to banks
  • Post billing of retail deals
  • Conduct weekly audits of schedules
  • Answer the telephone in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Remittances for new products
  • Assist with other duties as requestedQualifications/Requirements Accounting Clerk:
    • 1 year of previous accounting experience in a dealership is required
    • Ability to analyze information, and research skills required to
    • perform job duties.
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Detail oriented and computer proficiency a must
    • CDK experience a plus
    • Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
