Olsten has the job for you! Olsten Staffing is assisting a client in Myrtle Beach, SC to find a Maintenance/Grounds candidate to join the team!

This will be a full-time 5 day a week position starting at $14.50/hr. APPLY NOW if you meet the qualifications below!

Responsibilities for this job include:

Inspect and clean all grounds

Perform landscaping duties and other tasks as directed by Property Manager

Promptly respond to reports of guest problems or concerns

Maintain grounds daily

Maintain storage areas, shops and mechanical areas making sure they are in a clean, safe and secure manner

Keep management staff informed of all problems

Interior/Exterior painting

Qualifications for this job include:

High School Diploma or GED

Reliable transportation required!

Strong attention to detail

Responsible, reliable and honest

Able to work outdoors

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

This position will be 7:00am-4:00pm with Weekend Availability required. Pay for this position starts at $ 14.50/hr.

Pay Details: $14.50 per hour
