Description Novant Health is hiring for a Medical Intensive Care
Unit (MICU) registered nurse for the night shift at our New Hanover
Regional Medical Center location in Wilmington, NC. We're offering
up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus as well as $7,500 relocation. •
Schedule: Schedule: Full-Time, 0.9 FTE , 72 Hours per 2 weeks,

a registered nurse to join our team at New Hanover Regional Medical
Center's Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). With 16 beds and a
nurse-to-patient ratio averaging 1 to 2, our unit operates in a
fast-paced environment focused on teamwork and mutual support. Our
diverse team comprises both newer nurses and seasoned
professionals, creating a rich learning environment and fostering a
culture of collaboration and growth. Job Responsibilities : •
Provide specialized care to critically ill patients in the
MICU.> • Monitor patients closely and respond to changes in
their condition.> • Work with healthcare teams to develop and
implement care plans.> • React quickly to emergencies and
perform life-saving interventions. • Educate patients and families
on care and treatment options. • Maintain accurate records of
patient assessments and treatments. > Job Qualifications : •
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. • Associate's
or Bachelor's degree in nursing. • Current valid North Carolina
nursing license required. • Basic Life Support (BLS) through
American Red Cross or American Heart Association required. • 1 Year
of ED or ICU experience in an acute hospital setting. > >

has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you
have not been licensed in another state during the last five years,
successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is
required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In

for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher
